Blueberry Croissant Puff
5 ½ cups croissants (4 large
Costco Croissants)
1 ½ cups blueberries
8 oz. of cream cheese
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup milk
Slice or break croissants and
line a greased 9 by 9’’ pan. Sprinkle
with Blueberries.
Beat together the cream
cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl with mixer. Gradually add the milk a little at a time,
beating as you add. Pour this mixture
evenly over the croissants. Let puff
stand for 20 minutes. Bake at 350
degrees for 20-30 minutes depending on your oven .
Party Ham Sandwiches
1 pkg kings brand Hawaiian
rolls (12 count)
¾ pound sliced ham
6 oz sliced swiss cheese
½ cup butter (8TB) melted
butter
3 Tb. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tb. Dijon mustard
2 Tb. Brown sugar
¼ tsp. Onion powder
¼ tsp. garlic powder
Cut rolls in half, lengthwise
and place the bottoms in a 9 by 13 inch baking dish.
Top the bottom of the rolls
with sliced ham and swiss cheese. Place
the tops back on.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Worcestershire
sauce, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, onion powder and garlic powder. Spoon the mixture over the sandwiches ,
making sure to fully coat each one.
Cover the pan and let
sandwiches marinate for several hours or overnight.
When ready, preheat the oven
to 350 degrees. Bake for about 15
minutes uncovered, or until the cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden
brown.
